the challenge

To improve the customer journey and increase the sales to its existing client base.

With a sizeable client base of high-net-worth individuals, Superstars wanted to improve its communication systems and boost lifetime customer value.

‘We weren’t engaging with our existing customers,’ says Superstars founder Tim Terry. ‘We wanted to look at ways to communicate in a more efficient way and to improve the relationship.

‘We’d been successful in growing our business through word of mouth and working in old school ways, but we knew there was an opportunity to grow by improving communications with our existing customer base.  We needed guidance and expertise as to the best way to go about this.’

The solution

To build a new website and overhaul Superstars’ client communication systems including automated email campaigns.

By looking at Superstars’ existing customer journey SCB Digital’s founder Sarah, was able to identify gaps in its communication process and spot new opportunities to build engagement.

A new email marketing automation tool was introduced to increase efficiency and reduce staff workload.

‘Sarah found a solution to automate some of the comms which relieved a lot of the stress on the team as well as working with them to implement the new communication plan,’ says Tim.

In addition, a new website was built to boost the company’s online presence, increase searchability and improve the overall customer experience.

‘I could see that having a new website was a priority,’ says Tim. ‘That, together with the implementation of Active Campaign as a new marketing tool, was the right decision to help us achieve the overall business priorities.’
